Ultra-Rugged Handhelds: these are small computers designed to be operated with one hand and built to military specifications for being water proof, dust proof, vibration proof, and surviving drops/falls, so they can be operated in harsh environments. Our clients have consistently reported being 50% more productive using our handhelds to enter, process, print, and/or upload data to their office PC's.

Desktop Mapping: this technology is relatively simple compared to CAD Mapping and GIS technology (see below), and enable you to create basic maps that do not have to be exact. It is most suitable for landowners and small forestry, natural resource, and environment organizations that need fairly-accurate maps for relatively small areas of land/water and need to: draw, edit, extract, convert, split, move, buffer, label, measure, rotate, scale, display, print, etc... maps, imagery, deeds, features, etc... that usually have embedded survey coordinates or GPS lat/long coordinates, but no data stored for features.

Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD): this technology is more complex than Desktop Mapping (above) but simpler than GIS technology (below). It is most suitable for surveyors, engineers, and consultants working on environmental projects that require highly-accurate maps for small areas of land/water and need to: to survey, enter, draw, digitize, edit, extract, convert, split, merge, move, buffer, identify, measure, rotate, scale, label, display, print, etc... maps, imagery, and deeds that have embedded survey coordinates or GPS lat/long coordinates, and limited data stored for features.

Geographic Information Systems (GIS): this technology consists of high-end geographic mapping software, connected to a database program like MS Access, Oracle, etc... to support map features that have large amounts of data associated with. It is most suitable for forestry, natural resource, and environment organizations that manage large areas of land/water, and need to survey, enter, edit, extract, convert, split, project, merge, match, move, buffer, overlay, analyze, manage, find, identify, locate, model, measure, route, rubber-sheet, rotate, scale, relate, summarize, query, draw, label, display, print, (display in 3D, drape, fly-through, etc... with extra modules), etc... maps, imagery, deeds, features, etc... that support embedded survey coordinates, GPS lat/long coordinates, other coordinate systems, AND unlimited data stored for features.
