Strong Leadership: The Founder and Director of I.R.I.S., Charles (Chuck) Nilsson, has over 35 years of education and experience. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University and the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (SUNY ESF) with degrees in Business, Natural Resources Management, and Natural Resource Information Systems. He is grateful for many honors and awards, including placing 1st Place Overall in the Graduate Division of a Nationwide Natural Resources Software Contest.
