Strong Leadership: The Founder and Director of I.R.I.S., Charles V. Nilsson, has over 25 years of education and experience including graduating Magna Cum Laude from the Canisius College, Syracuse University, and the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (SUNY ESF) with degrees in Business, Natural Resources Management, and Natural Resource Information Systems. He is thankful for many honors and awards, including placing First Place overall in a Nationwide Natural Resources Software Contest.
